"Lawn" Gardens

The lawn gardens gradually evolved from those around the  house, to those around trees, to the gradual replacement of the front lawn with flower beds.

Echinacea "Razzmatazz" flanked by a variegated grass. Sedum, grasses, and chrysanthemum silver & gold soften the corner of the house.  Our newest arbour leads to the back yard.
Multi-stem tulips blooming in brighten the spring garden. Variegated elder, astilbe, ligularia, and hostas fill the Birch Tree Bed.
